A Partner for Your Journey

You have already achieved a great deal in your life and career, and there is much more to come. Life's journey is undeniably complex, with responsibilities piling up and goals constantly pushing our limits. The key to navigating it all lies in how effectively we can integrate everything we have learned, all elements of life, into a clear path forward. Each of us will find their way, and we develop our unique strategies for success.

You have the strength to tackle these challenges on your own – we all do. But imagine how much faster, easier, and truly more impactful it could be with a dedicated partner by your side.

If you're ready to accelerate your progress and achieve your aspirations with greater ease, I'm here to support you.

If you feel you have lost your way and are unsure about what comes next, we can collaborate to figure it out.

About Kalin

A family of three with a young child sitting on a wicker chest by a small creek in a forested area during sunset. The father is helping the child put his feet in the water, while the mother sits on the chest watching. All are casually dressed and the scene is warm and peaceful.
A man wearing a white sports t-shirt gives a thumbs-up at the finish line of a triathlon event, standing on a red carpet near a red banner with the TRIMAN logo, outdoors with a cloudy sky.
A man running in a triathlon race, wearing a club tri-suit, knee-high compression socks, and sunglasses, on a sidewalk in an urban area with cafes and pedestrians.
Man riding a black road bike on a paved road, wearing a colorful cycling outfit, helmet, sunglasses, and saluting the cameraman with a water bottle, with trees and hills in the background.
Two men in suits standing indoors, holding a framed certificate, with flags in the background.

Father, corporate director, coach, triathlete, and a regular guy trying to make it work.

The labels we stick to each other are just another subtle and automatic attempt of our brains to make sense of it all.

These labels do not define us, but they have their uses. Sometimes they help people get a first impression. Here goes my sticker:

  • Father of a 7-year-old boy, with another one on the way

  • Managing Director of a mid-sized medical device business

  • Risen through the corporate ranks via the Maintenance and Engineering route

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, and Master’s in Business Administration

  • 4 years in remission from severe burnout

  • Trained coach

  • Avid reader, interested in behavioral psychology, neuroscience, and learning

  • Firm believer in the mind-body interaction

  • Age group triathlete
